7 Things YOU must know BEFORE taking Hoodia – Hoodia Gordonii’s Side Effects Revealed- Read Now…
Don’t buy Hoodia Gordonii before you read this.
What are the side effects of taking Hoodia? Are there any ? Give me 2 minutes of your time and I’ll tell you everything about the side effects of Hoodia Gordonii.
There big talk in the media regarding Hoodia’s side effects, especially about liver damage.
Should you be worried ?
I’ll take my analytical approach to answer this question.
As mention previously, Hoodia is a relatively new product here in the USA
All studies that have been conducted on Hoodia’s safety where for short term only (Hoodia was introduced in the US in 2004).
The British company, Phytopharm conducted studies just to check it’s saftey for the liver.
What did they find?
When they did the study on rats (they injected p57 into the brain of rats) they found no safety issues.
Dr. Michael Steelman (a weight loss specialist) advices that people with liver abnormalities should proceed with cation, since in humans it was found to put done sort of “stress” on the liver.
Healthy people should be able to handle it. People who have (or think they may have) liver problems should consult a doctor before use.
Now I’ll tell you another 6 things everyone should know before taking Hoodia.
1) People who have diabetes should NOT take Hoodia before consulting a doctor.
2)Everyone taking Hoodia must realize that it’s an appetite suppressant, but at the same time it’s a thirst suppressant. Which means that you won’t feel the urge to drink. Make sure you get your 8 ounces a day of liquid as recommended by doctors. (Drink even if you don’t feel your thirsty).
One person I know reported “the only side effect I had was that Hoodia also made forget about drinking” (She loves the diet, she says she just “forgets” to eat!)
3)You may fell that in the beginning, when taking Hoodia you get an upset stomach. It usually goes away after a couple of days. (See the end of this blog, to find out how to avoid this
4) Always remember that eating to little is also not healthy, so don’t “deprive” (if that’s the right word, people taking Hoodia don’t fell deprived-that’s why it works so well) too much. Don’t starve yourself.
5) Nassau (usually goes away after a few days).
6) If you think you may have a problem that will interfere with Hoodia don’t be shy ask your doctor first.
After everything said and done everyone agrees that Hoodia Gordonii is still an amazing weight loss product.
People who have used it fell they have “extra” energy and don’t even feel hungry.
As part of your decision you must take into account that being over weight puts you at risk for many “worse” Diseases, so it may be better off taking Hoodia.
At any rate you must be aware that there are many fake products out there.
I would only buy from a very few companies out there.
