Is Hoodia an Effective Appetite Suppressant ?

Is Hoodia Really a Effective Appetite Suppressant ? The Truth Exposed Right Here – Now !

How does Hoodia Gordonii suppress your appetite ? How does it cause you to eat less ? Do you feel hungry ? And some other questions you have in your mind on this new and amazing appetite suppressant, but never actually asked them.
First, I’m going to explain what an appetite suppressant is. An appetite suppressant does just that, it suppreses your appetite. It cuts away your desire and food cravings !
How does it accomplish that ?
It works on your mind to make you “think” and “feel” as you where full when your really not. You feel as full and satiated. as you would be had you eaten a whole meal, when in fact you really only ate 1 slice of bread, or so.
I know what your thinking. How could this be ? How can I feel full without eating anything ?
The short answer is that, what makes us feel hungry has little (or nothing) to do with how much we eat. What really happens when you eat (and feel “stuffed” ) is the body sends certain signals to the brain to tell it that “your full” and you don’t need to eat anymore. The brain then interprets these signals (it increases the production of serotonin) and you feel full.
Research shows that the signals Hoodia Gordonii sends to the brain is thousands of times stronger than the normal signals sent by the body.
What this means is that Hoodia has the power to tell your brain that your satisfied and you have eaten even if you haven’t eaten absolutely anything, and you’ll really feel that way, trust me.
If you read my post regarding. Hoodia’s Safety and Side Effects you’ll realize I warn you to make sure your drinking sufficient amounts of liquids.
The same way Hoodia stops hunger pangs, it stops thirst pangs which may be considered an undesirable “side effect”. However it’s a minor “side effect” because it’s very easy to take care of. Just remember to drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. You can even schedule them. Say, take 1 in the morning, 2 before every meal and 1 in the evening. Be creative and have fun.
If you read my first post you’ll see I write there that people with diabetes should first consult a doctor before they take Hoodia especially in larger quantities.
The reason for this could now be easily understood.
People with diabetes have problems with insulin. There bodies don’t regulate the insulin levels the right way.
As a result, taking this drug, or as a matter of fact any other drug that suppresses your appetite could lead to an even more unbalanced state of insulin levels.
The reason for this is oblivious. Since our appetite suppressor tricks the brain into thinking your full what that means is that you got all the energy you need, when in fact you really haven’t. This leads the body into lowering your blood sugar levels which doesn’t have much of a good outcome for diabetics.
So, if you have diabetes and your planning on taking Hoodia Gordonii (especially in large doses) make sure to consult your physician first.
